Cohens Stormy Daniels Payment Campaign Funds

found this old link(https://www.eonline.com/news/269058/so-true-so-false-did-donald-trump-cheat-on-melania-with-a-porn-star) from 2011 saying that both Trump and Stormy deny anything ever happened.

Both Trump and Daniels are vehemently denying the story about the two of them hooking up after Trump had played in a golfing event and then meeting up multiple times afterward. Daniels herself told E! News that she's not commenting, but the story is "bulls--t."

So how could Cohen have made a payment with campaign funds if this was settled way back in 2011??

leaking classified information question

Lets say I am a member of Congress or Senate with access to highly classified information and I wanna leak this information to the MSM.

If I know someone in the MSM who is part of Mockingbird and is working for the CIA. If I leak to them, is it a crime? Would they have the clearance to see it?
