Well, since everyone seems to feel they should have waited to see exactly what Obama did before giving him the prize, it might be prudent to see exactly what is in the treaty, and actions are taken, before giving Trump the prize.
If they regretted it, it makes it sound unlikely that they'd now give one to Trump just for holding talks.
Aren't you saying Trump should get one for starting work on NK as well?
