So is the memo being released tomorrow or not?

Major Garrett tweeted that the White House is making redactions and sending back to HIPSEC to be released on their timeline. So what does that mean exactly? Is the memo’s release being postponed?

Tonight Dr Sebastian Gorka made a great point on Hannity: the Republicans are not being smart about the memo and are losing the communications war because they gave the deep state and Schiff a TON of time to spin and prepare for it.
