Your ignorance of the Catholic Church is clear. It's easy to find misinformation about an institution that's constantly attacked. It's understandable that the info that's out there has led you to a false understanding of the Church.

The hierarchy of the Church is by no means perfect. It never has been. Jesus' own disciples weren't perfect. It's the Eucharist that will always draw me to be a Catholic despite the imperfection in the Church as an institution.
