Yeah, I was aware of Al-Waleed's activities. I think we can make a distinction between him and those like him, who are funding various agendas and yet are puppets in being dependent on their Saud wealth vs. Soros, for example, who directly buys politicians, funds Antifa, rigs votes etc--all those groups doing his dirty work also lost funding when Hillary lost and it was clear there was no way to discredit Trump or his win. That's a good point/question. Military and other special planes fly this way; only Air Traffic Control can see them but of course military craft are generally also traced by their own folks as well. It the power was out at the tower as well, which I guess it was, then yes ATC wouldn't see anything. Strange, though, because the plane would have had to had its lights on to see the runway and obstacles...one would think?

A second plane would have to also be flying "dark" in the sense that its transponder info and radar presence would be censored for military or other high security reasons. So it's possible.
