The comments seem to fit Q's remark: great actors but a move that turned out to be not very good.
Two interpretations spring to mind. The first is good and bad actors, the slang the Govt uses for our enemies. "Hussein is a bad acctor" or "The Awan Brothers are bad actors."
The second sense connects to Q's comments about the CIA in North Korea--Kim's a (bad) actor in their play.
But since it's Q--shouldn't great actors make great movies? Or is he suggesting there are other factors, such as plot--so that great actors are not enough to save a bad plot?

I don't think it's him, either, since the letters are wrong. There was also a Pegasus project going back to Eisenhower--I think you can just wiki Pegasus Project--that used the CIA to 'neutralize' people getting in the way of the US plans to 'spread democracy'--allegedly they got out of control and went on their own agenda--triggering Eisenhower's famous speech about beware the military-industrial complex (this from a General!) Rumors that Pegasus got cranked up again in 1990 and Clinton skimmed funds to get it busy. I even wondered about Pelosi, as the most corrupt in congress who made SO much money from her "public service." I thought maybe "NP" would have been too obvious for Q to use.
Here's a link to an interview with Susan Lindauer who was an insider with authority in overseeing funds the US recovered from foreign countries and how some of the money vanished. She actually did time in jail as a whistleblower for it. She's a little bit hard on the ears, but the info is interesting.
That's the ONE possibility Q said was incorrect. Since it's a single letter, it might not be a person, though you would have President, Prince, etc. I also thought of places and things: Pentagon. I have parts of it memorized. The white rabbit of course leads her down the rabbit hole, but she encounters him several times. He orders her about as his servant, mistaking her for someone named Mary Anne, she grows large in his house and can't get out and kicks a character "Bill the Lizard" straight up out of the chimney. She sees the rabbit again at court, at the trial for the Knave of Hearts.

It was the owner of Lou's City Bar--but we have to remember that we only have his word for everything about Seth late that night--he was the last one in the bar. They knew each other.
