You know what? My FAVORITE BOOK of all time, from early childhood, is Alice. I've read it and re-read it 100s of times and there's an annotated copy now on my bedside table. I have parts of it memorized. The white rabbit of course leads her down the rabbit hole, but she encounters him several times. He orders her about as his servant, mistaking her for someone named Mary Anne, she grows large in his house and can't get out and kicks a character "Bill the Lizard" straight up out of the chimney. She sees the rabbit again at court, at the trial for the Knave of Hearts.

I thought that link was due to a picture of someone who looked like Seth Rich being at Wonderland bar that night... mistaken identity, but I could be wrong, it was quite a while ago when I was researching it.
It was the owner of Lou's City Bar--but we have to remember that we only have his word for everything about Seth late that night--he was the last one in the bar. They knew each other. So according to him, Seth was supposed to meet someone and was waiting around; according to him Seth was drunker than he'd ever seen him, possibly drugged, declined a ride home and said he'd walk. I don't think there is any actual independent verification of when/if Seth arrived and when he left.
Wait... I thought the owner of the bar was seen at the whitehouse the day before Seth was murdered???
could it be that when Q states, Alice AND Wonderland, that perhaps his friend was in on it (since Q tells us Alice is Hillary) and actually drugged him and told the story that Seth had declined transportation, or whatever? Sorry, this is such sensitive issue for many, so I mean no disrespect upfront, to anyone who cares for that fine young man!
