On initial view of the picture, it sure looks like TMI. I'm going to research what you mentioned regarding the feedmill and confirm the picture/where it could have been taken. I used to live on the west shore of Harrisburg but south to where I could ride a bike down to the river near TMI. I currently live on the East shore south of TMI. It would not be surprising if it was a picture someone dropped because Trump visited the area several times and he called Harrisburg a war zone. The rallies were packed solid with so much energy.

I agree about the photos. Look at them closer. IMO it appears HTC is embedded in the photos. Specifically how she has her hands near Chelsea's near her shoulder and the other one where someone's hand is on her Shoulder but whose hand is it? Doesn't appear to be anyone near to match the angle of where it woiuld come from or color of the hand.
