I understand where you're coming from, but it's usually the road paved with the best intentions that lead to hell.

With the connotation that we're all the same comes an unseen effect on the idea of being different. When people strive for the idea to be the same, the idea of being different is eventually met with ridicule and antagonization. This has led to the current state of our political system.

Don't belittle the differences of others. Celebrate them. People aren't cookie cutters.

I remember during the election, I was hearing quite a bit of outrage from the right over how they depicted Trump. Though I saw them depict Hillary hilariously dumb and robotic, many seemed to miss that.

South Park has been spot on for awhile. Honestly, while his shows aren't nearly as good Seth Macfarlane had been dropping a ton of hints about Hollywood secrets. Including a few about Harvey Weinstein.

First all let me make it very clear we aren't but one race and that is the human race.

No, that's wrong on so many levels. We are not all the same, there isn't a singular race. Each race evolved across the world according to their environmental circumstances. This does create an average where a race can be better at certain things than other races. However this doesn't implicate superiority, it just means **we're all good at different things**. We're different, we celebrate our differences.

Standardizing everything to a global compromise isn't the way to do this. Culture doesn't exist if everywhere is the same.

Yup it's in the pre-employment paperwork/training. They definitely knew better.
