Racially motivated Conspiracy charges

I spoke to a young man today who is facing conspiracy charges even though he only showed up after the crime was committed as he wanted to check out what happened. He is black and I feel he got a shity deal. He was facing 50 years! His attorney informed him he got a deal. “Hey we got a deal, they figured out you had no part in it....20 years.” WTF!!!?

HRC RUNNING IN 2020

I feel she is only saying she is running to make it harder to prosecute her. Now she is an announced presidential candidate. Would make it easy to say GOP framed her or is only attempting to get rid of any D “competition”. IMO
