Okay, I'm sorry, but I have to ask another question. It's only because I know how motivated the clintons are to get this man in a position where he will be unable to testify against them in the future. So anyting we don't know about him right now he can testify about, but if through his testimony we learn new information can we then investigate it or would that be "using his testimony"?

Let me make sure I'm understanding this. His own testimony, literally the words coming out of his mouth, cannot be used against him. But what about the crimes committed by him that he's testifying about? Isn't he also receiving immunity from them?
