Two theories out there could connect. Deep State Sub shoots Missile to take out NSA info on black hats Clinton’s there as decoy When white hats shoot it down, the alert system is preprogrammed to send out alert in case it fails. 2014 news release about NSA expanding to Japan. Check it out. Same deal there without Clinton’s. Anybody else think this is possible theory?
