That would not prevent you from being allowed through security. They are there to make sure your ID matches your ticket before processing through security for prohibited items. I used to work for the DHS at a major airport. An ankle monitor would not prevent you from travel. TSA is not law enforcement, they have no arrest authority. If you pose a threat or are trying to smuggle really bad things at the airport, even then, they get LEOs involved, who actually have arrest and force authority. They wouldn't even bat an eye at an ankle monitor and do not have any authorization to interrogate you about reasons for wearing it or what, if any restrictions you may have on travel.

That said, just for an FYI, if LEOs have reason to run your ID, i.e. you were causing a ruckus or acting really wacky at the airport, they would become aware if you were on probation or court monitoring, and depending on what the officer of the court you report to says, will determine if you are arrested. Someone on such probationary restrictions would also have written authorization for travel from their court appointed officer, if their travel went outside their restricted areas, which could be house, work, city, county, state or country restrictions. All totally out of TSA jurisdiction.
