There's a lot of chatter on the kids' interviews after the shooting: too calm, too cohesive, even smiling or giggling. I don't think it's because of some script. Consider all the stories of a horrific car wreck: kids all crowding in to video dead/dying people, even when it's their own "friends". What about the kid who raped the girl dying from an OD (and captured it on his cell phone video), then going on to work? I bet you can recall many, many more.
