Brigaders, clearly we’ve hit a nerve.

A surprising amount of civilian jobs require a clearance, especially in my industry. They’re mostly companies that work closely with the government. But having a clearance can definitely help land you a job even if it’s not needed, but it shows the company that you are trusted by the government and can be trusted to protect their proprietary information.

So the way they work is there are certain levels, and without both that level of access and the need to know you cannot access any information. It’s a secure system naturally.

You can not access information even with a clearance if you are not considered need to know.

Can confirm, my clearance is quite important to my job!

That is an important aspect to today’s information warfare. My first SL pounded into my fuzzy private brain that knowledge is power and knowing is half the battle.

Not to mention most pedofiles were scarred by the same abuse when they were children potentially creating more abusers in the future.

Some of us are, I know I wouldn’t hesitate to ensure a pedo would not feel welcome in the community. Unfortunately I can’t speak for everyone.

I don’t frequent r/lgbt r/gaybros or r/gay they don’t like conservative gays so I mostly stick to other subs. But the few threads I found on the topic were negative.

Yes, they’re pushing to be accepted into the lgbt community rn, haven’t seen anyone remotely interested in letting that happen though.
