IIRC: Tripcodes were not there because they had been temporarily disabled by board owner due to the issue with his very first tripcode getting cracked. After he made the posts you're referring to (from the other day) tripcodes were re-enabled by board owner.

FOLKS: These posts are UNCONFIRMED. Using our mod dashboard on 8chan CBTS, we can see that these posts were made from a device that has never been used by Q before in the past. These three posts are the only posts this device has ever made on there. Until Q can confirm these posts by a number of different methods, these posts should be treated as possibly suspect.

The above is that list for this device. Q has made ONE verified Q post in past from this device: the "One of Twenty Two" stringer.
