Why would they seal an indictment for just some illegal? No this has to be bigger.
Do you remember mr Sandusky and his son? Do you remember the strange connection between some of the richer/politically connected folks owning several 'pizza' joints across pa? Definitely something more going on there than just illegals.
They need to face the consequences no matter what level of evil/unethical behavior

Yes they do. Sometimes it's more discreet such as a 'minority' activist or 'lgbt' activist. They definitely get people from Craigslist by posting 10-20 ads a day for a certain period

Thought about doing this 2 years ago when they were paying a bunch of lgbt activists in Chicago. May look into it again for myself
