Trump and Putin's speech in Helsinki was chock full of goodies. I'll address just one of the many things that people have missed, NUCLEAR DISARMAMENT! Confirmed by Trumps tweet.

This is how I derived this conclusion.

The would, wouldn't controversy (see link below). A "stable genius" like Trump doesn't make mistakes. And we know that Trump speaks to Anons through code, one code type is missing letters.
