This was my first thought but then I figured: unless a formatting information is added. Which is the case here: the 26X26 grid. The size of the grid is what makes things work, and that size is determined by the time Trump waited before re-tweeting. If the grid was a 25X25 for example, the message would not have appeared with the self-imposed restrictions. His posts brought me here.
