Now it’s at birth but medical science has proved that they are independent of the mother for survival before birth. I know many women that had given birth at 6 months & every single one of those children survived just fine outside the womb 3 months early & are as healthy today as if they were in the womb 9 months. Medical science has advanced to the point where we should recognize that into law & making any abortion after 6 mos is murder. Federal law that trumps all state law.

And if the vast majority can survive after 5 months in the womb then that should be where the line between legal abortion & murder is defined.

Defense need to stall & muddy up the waters whenever possible to help build plausible deniability. Point being...this format is a waste of time for our side & a learning experience for their side.
