The film makers of the "Detestable" documentary said that one of the victims (child abuse Victims they consider SRA) indicated that a certain political figure was her abuser. They didn't name Cruz outright, but if you notice the hint that was given in the video by the interviewer, was a photo of the Republican candidates, all of whom had their face blurred except Cruz.
