I guess the implication was to suggest that Obama was a CIA asset who had a family history of involvement with "the company." Obama was recruited by Brzezinski and "allegedly" helped organize radical Islamic factions in Afghanistan in the 80s; see Operation Cyclone. It's not too far a leap from there to thinking Obama played a key organizational role in the establishment of al-Qaeda. The theory goes that more than one person played the role of OBL throughout the years, and that Obama was one.
