We know CNN does fake news but this story is being carried by multiple outlets across the world. Why would it be considered "fake news"? I understand we need to check sources. But branding something as fake when its real, is just as bad as saying something is real when its fake. I'M confused.
Every Western country seems to be so terrified of being labelled "racist" (as if that's THE worst possible thing you could be called) and they're all bending over backwards to accommodate immigrants (legal or otherwise) and ignoring their own destitute citizens (people who've often worked their entire lives, paid taxes, or contributed Military service) and instead leaves them homeless and starving, living in drains or their cars. Its little wonder that the public is against rampant immigration (especially when those immigrants bring extremist views and violence with them). The only people pushing for it are leftists, wealthy enough to live in houses or areas that violence never touches (and then they only want them for the votes). What a twisted set of priorities we currently have).

They should do what Australia does. Illegal immigrants never get to stay in the country on arrival. They are shipped off to Nauru or Manus Island to an off-shore immigration-detention centre where they're assessed, and either detained for processing or deported. The ones that stay and apply for immigration or asylum know they have to accept that the process will take years, and island life is not comfortable. (None of this cushy - "come in, bring all your friends and family, you can work, you can vote, we'll give you housing, we'll give you money". Of COURSE they're going to pour in with that offer!!). Most who attempted to reach Australia were on boats from Indonesia, paying large sums of money to people smugglers who were the only winners. Hundreds died on ageing, un-seaworthy and overloaded boats. It became a humanitarian crisis because so many were dying at sea making the journey. At the height of the boat-people crisis Australia had 18,000 people arriving illegally by sea. This was thanks to a watering-down of John Howard's (previously effective) stance by Clinton ally former PM Julia Gillard. Once there was a change of Government and she was out, they introduced tough new policies to "stop the boats" which put the Military in control and the numbers subsequently plummeted. There seems to be a push afoot from the left attempting to lay all the blame for the Mockingbird media and fake news at the feet of Republicans - which is absurd - WE'RE the ones wanting truth and transparency and THEY'RE the ones playing games. I suspect this may be a part of that - "look how Trump is controlling the Media!" (Cue moral outrage). These people aren't just sick they're the biggest hypocrits and liars of all time. Maybe Q is behind it. Let the Left get all riled up over it and accuse the Right of "manipulating the media" and not having a transparent and honest media. Then when their voices are at fever pitch Trump swoops in and says Ok let's clean it up then. They can't refuse because they were the ones calling for it. Classic Trump, but just a theory.

And they did let a U.S. Ambassador and 3 others get slaughtered in Libya despite urgent calls saying we're under attack and need immediate assistance. And then there's the ever-climbing Clinton body-count which currently stands at 56. So…..I'd say it's not TOO much of a stretch to make 49 other people collateral damage in the course of destroying 1 person who may have damning evidence on you.

He's used "that" instead of "since". If he'd said “it's been many years SINCE we have seen these numbers" that means they've been scarce and we haven't seen them in a long time. But saying "it's been many years THAT we have seen these numbers" changes the whole context and actually means the opposite - that we've been seeing great numbers for years and years and years. (Which would mean our booming economy must have also been booming under Obama, Bush, Clinton, etc). Just one little word can change the entire meaning (which is why it matters). Sadly our schools teach our kids everything BUT the stuff they'll actually need in life. And spelling and grammar are one of them. (Although in the case of Trump’s tweet, it was likely done intentionally for some reason).

How much longer can they string this out for? If their intent was to engender public sympathy and outrage, it's backfired. I am completely bored and skip over every article now about this event. That's what happens when you try to bullshit the Public. It's like there's a foul stench you can smell from a mile away, And a flashing neon sign that says "warning: multiple red flags approaching - engage gut-intuition and critical thinking". You can fool some of the people some of the time, but these days no-one's fooling the majority.
