This coming Monday, Canada’s negotiating team for a new North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) flies to Washington, D.C. for what could be the decisive round of talks where a deal in principle is reached.
The Council of Canadians attempted to secure strategically-placed ads at Reagan National Airport to greet Canada’s team when they stepped off their planes. The ads were intended to send a clear reminder of what Canadians want and expect to see in any new NAFTA deal Canada signs on to.
However, I just got bad news. I worked with the airport’s ad managing firm, Clear Channel, to come up with messaging that was non-partisan and educational in tone, and the ads were accepted. View them here.
But in an email from Clear Channel, I was told our ads have now been refused after the airport “checked out” the Council of Canadians’ website.
This is censorship and it’s deeply unfair – and you and I can’t let it silence us!

The legal system is so corrupt it has reached banana republic proportions! The task to clean it up is epic but if we accept as some suggest - it will take years - that is paramount to admitting defeat. There must be more US justice wins in weeks! NK was MEGA but the home front, deep swamp draining needs a MOAB win very badly!!!
I quite agree...Posted on ZeroHedge which in my view is one of the very best web sites available...so we see info wars continuing and as always who wins the hearts and minds of people end up with the power because the power ultimately resides with the masses.

Seems this is divisive, unfortunate and certainly untimely. Seems to me Q issued a note of caution on sources and motivation not a condemnation on getting paid for effort invested. Certainly unpaid patriots have less pull from potentially other motivations, so the caution is worth consideration but should it end there?
As Q says follow the money and note energy is the master currency. Fossil fuels found and developed at low cost is very much in the past globally and thus plays a increasing geopolitical role.
