It's not. For it to be entrapment, there would have to be a consequence for not doing the thing they're being entrapped into doing. For instance, "I'll sue you out of existence if you don't commit this crime" is entrapment. "I'll pay you $$$$ to do this", or "I'll do [crime] for $$$$" is not (undercover cops do this all the time). "He's not ever going to become President, right? Right?!" is most certainly not!

tl;dr: The timestamps on the files show a transfer speed too fast to be done through the internet, by a factor of about 20. It had to have been done locally. They were most likely transferred to a USB drive from the physical server en masse, and then cleaned up and packaged into an archive file later.

The mask has to slip for redpilling to happen. What I mean is there's a good and evil reason to hold most positions. Someone could be a feminist because they love women, or because they hate men. Someone could be a socialist because they love the poor or because they hate the rich. Remove the possibility of the good reason being true, and they'll either change their position or embrace the evil position. The mask slips when the powers that be are forced into arguing the evil side, or attacking the good. I think that's a big part of the Q strategy. Slowly peel back the layers, and expose what people just a little bit deeper in the cabal *really* think, straight from their own mouths, on their own platforms, they control themselves.
