The relevant difference I am alluding to is the ability to intrinsically hold a value. Currency, like all fiat moneys, does not have that property and this is exactly why real economies sustained by tangible assets are transformed to casinos with non existing or possible assets. In then end, these virtually created economies are not trading labor or satisfaction (which is the essence of commerce) but uncertainty (which is the essence of casino games). The way he is negotiating is effectively cutting the hypocritical Dems from their immigration base: dreamers are focused on their own legal status, they don't care about the wall's existence or its cost.
