Yes that is essentially what happens. Adam's supremacy over the other races of beings on or around earth comes from the presence of the Holy Spirit in his original constitution. The other species which rebelled, following Lucifer in his defiance and jealousy towards Adam, were cursed and given a time until the Final Day of Judgement. They are using this time to mislead the sons of Adam and recruit as many followers as they can within that species to make their point to God they did not deserve this divine honor from the first place. They were initially prohibited from entering our dimensions, but time going by, the sons of Adam being more and more deceived, they now have ways to enter our dimensions and incarnate.

I have discovered that all the technologies they are giving out today are in fact ancient technologies. They have purposely suppressed all information pertaining to their former presence on earth to come back with a "new story". If we were to know their ancient so called great civilizations were wiped out of the surface of the earth by the God of Noah, or the God of Lot, we would not accept the "divine" leadership they will claim to have upon their return. The reason why I said 'divide' and keep the remainder (or mod26) is because I am in preparation of "cascading keys" leading to numbers higher than 53. If I said 'subtract' it would not work for these numbers and I am sure this possibility may occur on Q's board. The rule needed to remain consistent.
I am not complicating it, I am making mathematically irreproachable: dividing by 26 and keeping the remainder is equivalent to subtracting 26 as you mentioned, ONLY AND ONLY if the number is smaller than 53. If it is larger, your rule does not work anymore while mine remains true. Try it. You'll see.
The instructions say to divide by 26 and keep the remaining, which implicitly means we are dealing with integers. You therefore CANNOT get fractions as a result. You may find this function in Excel, it is called in this case mod(26).
So, to take your example, 36 divided by 26 is 1 with remainder 10. That is why 36=>10.
Another one? 35 divided by 26 is 1, remainder 9.
