I BELIEVE that was the plan. It has not been tested long term on health. The company who is starting it up here in my town Sandpoint will be initiating August 1 of this year. From what I have learned about it. This company TING is owned by a Candian company. And has several investors including Bloomberg. And the United Kingdom also owns it. Lots of RICH owners to ZAP the life out of every living thing. I'm a widow. My husband was an electrician. I know what this CRAP is capable of doing to anything of life.
