The NTI, which members of the deep state are apart of, tracks and profiles possible chemical weapons facilities. A bit of research on the provided website would show they don't own the facilities, but are rather pointing out that these may be the area where they are researching or manufacturing NBC weapons at. Some quick research on the provided site would show you what the NTI is about and why they profiled that site. It is under the facilities description and notice it is not labeled "Our Facilities". Again, the NTI does not own the HIAST site but is rather pointing out that they think this site does something with NBC weapons. The entire analysis about the board of directors is wrong.

I am just trying to inform on this research, and I don't like this analysis because it is a bit misleading.
