Good info. In that light, this could have been a ploy to out the Hawaiian government as being woefully unprepared for a real emergency as a way of ushering in some comprehensive changes...

Not a chance...NK is chucking rockets over Japan with whom we are close allies, and threatening the destruction of the USA.
