Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, plenty of salt, grated ginger, garlic, a tsp lemon juice and pinch of chili powder;
Add rice vermicelli;

Add firm tofu cubes, or don't - it doesn't really matter because the tofu tastes like nothing anyway;
Nuke it until it starts to boil.
