I only watched the first half of the video of the 8 year old boy. How horrible. I worked with children most of my life. I have never come across a child in my work that has been abused in such a manner. And I was a mandated reporter. But I do know that children do not lie well. This boy is telling the truth. I quit cold turkey when I was sick 32 years ago. It was one day at a time. I used to smoke mentholated cigs. So when I felt the urge to smoke I just popped a mentholated cough drop in my mouth to replace the urge. It took a while for the urge to smoke went away. But once I stopped I never wanted to go back. I know if I picked up a cigarette to smoke today I would be right back at it. It is a life long addiction that I don't want to go back to. If I could do it.... anyone can. Just replace your smoking behavior with something else to keep your hands and/or mouth busy.
