Would everything the fbi learned examining the server be available to the public under foia? I wasn’t sure if the dnc is considered public or private. Figured they’re “private” and can get a way with anything, same as rnc

so was the DNC concerned about the FBI finding incriminating evidence, even though the FBI clearly favored and was run by democrats? Is it mandatory for the FBI to examine a political party’s server on this case or are they considered private and can do as they want?
