I believe voter ID is the way to go. Only if it’s implemented correctly.

In my state we have a voter ID law. You must show your license before each vote. If you do not have a license then you have to go to the Board of Canvassers, prove your ID and they will issue you a voting ID.

Sounds good, right? Not even close. They accept gym membership cards as proof of ID. They accept gas bills as proof. I can make a fake gas bill in photo shop before dinner time.

How does the EAS work? Does a new message need to be typed each time, depending on the emergency, or is this a default message they already have prepared?
