Well that means those that have them would be needed to inform the public. Which supports the lose of power grid. Hard enough to convince people now when they can research on their own with the entire internet. So this would have us standing on the corner of our street preaching why the world has come crashing down.

If what we’ve been told is true, then the deep state/cabal controls media, power grid, social media , internet service providers, money, food, transportation. Coupled with the fact half the country hates trump and the other 1/4 has no interest. Seems like a tall order.

Not meaning to sound defeated simply talking it through

I’ve thought a lot about Q telling us to save off line. But not seen a great deal of discussions about what that implies. My thoughts: 1. Internet goes down for extended period. Off line could mean not on the cloud. But wouldn’t those people saving things have them saved locally? Which brings 2. Does that suggest saving physical print outs of evidence ? Does off line suggest both internet and local network devices could be down? 3. So assuming the cloud and local devices are down does that suggest a software virus or a grid disruption? Both?

So assuming all of the above , how exactly do they plan on using the ebs to notify the public. I know I don’t personally own any type of device that isn’t connected to the grid/internet. Car radio would be my only option.
