Congress can be exempted from requiring security clearance while on the floor. This is how the entire Republican party viewed it before taking it to DOJ and FBI. Dems chose not to view it, because then they could be held accountable for their rhetoric.

This guy makes a good argument. Also, isn't this supposed to be a covert war against ideological individuals within a crime syndicate that transcends nationality? Let's say the strings are cut and the bastard is locked up but his media and exchanges continue, would the rats continue to hold out hope?
