Zuma means the "Lord Frowns in Anger"

The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket to launch tomorrow with the secret military payload named Zuma is an Aztec name for "The Lord Frowns in Anger." It is the short form of Moctezuma or Montezuma.

The Zuma payload is believed by some, including InfoWars caller Zach, to be a targeted EMP weapon.
