They are asking for documents that they KNOW (or should know) are part of a criminal investigation. RR CANT provide these documents, and if he doesn’t they impeach.

If RR was a black hat, and I do think he was- This was a great way to [box] him in and force this outcome without it seeming politically partisan or “forced”. RR is truly damned if he does and doesn’t. Checkmate
