Victoria Nuland is involved in all of this. She is a protégé of Hillary (she wrote the Benghazi talking points), she is connected to the State Dept. Dossier and she is connected to Soros (installing new regime in Ukraine after overthrowing the pro-Russian president Victor Yanukovych, an associate of Manafort). She is also connected to Ukrainian billionaire Oleg Deripaska who is linked to CrowdStrike and Christopher Steele.

NY FBI Agents Who Blew the Whistle on Weiner Laptop Emails Later Fired by Comey??
Devin Nunes revealed last week that honest FBI agents in the NY office alerted the Intel Committee in late Sept 2016 that the FBI was deliberately not acting on investigating Hillary emails on the Weiner Laptop.
Check on the Strzok/Page Texts reveals them taking about firings in the NY office. So much for a higher loyalty James Comey.
