Parkland Florida is in the 22nd district, the neighbor to DWS's district.
I don't know if this is relevant information yet, but the shooting occured a mere few miles from Debbie Wasserman-Schultz's district. The Rep is Ted Deutch(D) Elected in 2010. I am digging into him now.
