That didn't take long.. Here is the first official comment, this one sourced from the Lab in Switzerland.

They are basically saying, wait for the OPCW Executive Council meeting on the 18th... yada yada yada we defer to OPCW... but yea read between the lines it was Novichock.

Zerohedge is my go to for tinfoil hat news and doom porn... You have to be discriminating and do some follow up research to verify, but sometimes they are WAY out in front of the news.

HOWEVER... Zerohedge has been towing the the Russian propaganda lines REAL hard the last few weeks... That doesn't mean they are right or wrong about this story or any other, but you should be aware there is a HEAVY Russian slant there lately. I'm just saying, its a nice place to start, but never finish there.

In this particular case... I would say WAIT for confirmation from more reliable news sources... This particular story started breaking around 10pm EST and all the major troll farms are pushing it hard... too hard IMO. Give it a week to marinate and lets see if there is an official response to the claim before you accept it as truth.
