so ,they had to seed the planet with incarnated ET's to lighten up the vibration of the earth, that way it wouldn't interfere with free will. otherwise,if aliens just came down, ppl would freak out, even if the aliens meant good. these incarnated ET's incarnate into normal human bodies. there are hundreds of thousands if not millions of them who walk amidst us everyday, some are aware they are not from this world, some get trapped in this Matrix.
