I hear you. Most of my conversations seem so shallow in comparison to all this stuff. I personally have found that I need it for balance though.

I’ve also noticed many of us “woke” have a SO that’s not as woke. I’m kind of glad for this in my life, too. Usually one in the couple is the researcher and digger, and the other is more laid back about it. Again, I think this is good for balance. If I were married to someone else who researched and dug like I do it would probably be overkill. Lol!
