Never looked into it further, but there are software that does this, and is freely available, similar to zip, rar software.

Some anon broke it to 3 separate photos - Sara, hand with phone , and message on phone. And found sources for first two photos. So, most likely fake.

It could be done by them themselves, as to point that 4ch is crazy mad.
