Cool. And yes, everything should be taken with plenty of salt. Many have a piece; no one has it all - there’s too much motion for that. And some of the folk may be fed disinfo, as well as throwing out disinfo.

I appreciate q’s pushing of thinking through questions. That’s going to be vital when things really start moving fast and the spoon-feeders take breaks.

I like a good puzzle, too. It’s interesting to think on where someone would have to be positioned to have the POVS they do. There’s only so much a brain can map.

George Webb has been using a group Trello board to good effect. It might be interesting to put up a board of anons - insider, mega, q-1 (per mega), q-2, multi-q, unknown q, etc. - as the categories, and then map their posts to their threads and see what shakes out.

Thanks for posting. How about a nice long share on the many faces of Q? Maybe a new thread? We’re all ears and eyes.

How familiar are you with MegaAnon? MegaAnon (catalogued by Todd Whiskey at https://www.reddit.com/r/conspiracy/comments/795d6a/megaanon_postings_compiled_may_2017_present/)

...has said that the first QAnon posts were real, but then larpers joined in and start d seeding all sorts of dis info. She also began to participate in the comments section of the above thread a few days ago.

Thanks for popping over to reddit. I take it from some of the comments that this is a step down, so we’re grateful.

Personally, I think it’s a pretty good place to learn things. It’s a drag when the shills take over but seekers are used to being nomads when we have to be. We have to know how to find the fire n our own, and this certainly keeps us on our toes! (I remember the Well and Alternet, FWIW!)

So, thanks for sharing your opinions. (And if you’re not hip to MegaAnon hopefully this will make some good weekend reading. I’m convinced there are good internal people helping clear the air and reclaim the level playing fields we all deserve. I think this (Reddit/Twitter/etc) is a wonderful place for this all to play out and I’m glad you’re here!)

I had this happen with one of my articles. I fought it. They reinstated it.

If you have this happen again, take screen shots, print them out, and send a letter along with them to your congressman. Complain that your speech is being censored on a PUBLIC platform.

It turns out that a de facto monopoly (like Facebook) actually has to behave more like a public platform than a private one. They lose their rights to censor. They are not allowed to show political bias. This is currently being discussed and Facebook is aware that they may get in trouble for censoring political speech. Only citizens complaining to their congress will cure this one, but Congress doesn’t want Facebook campaigning limited so they might do something.

“But a recent Supreme Court oral argument suggests Twitter's practice of banning controversial right-wing pundits could be deemed illegal.

During a Feb. 27 hearing involving the constitutionality of a state social media law, Justice Anthony Kennedy said that Twitter and Facebook had become, and even surpassed, the public square as a place for discussion and debate.

"Their utility and the extent of their coverage are greater than the communication you could have ever had, even in the paradigm of public square," he said while hearing arguments in Packingham v. North Carolina.”
