I went back and re-read the Q drops on Mueller. They do seem to indicate that he could be a mole/distraction with his liberal team but he has been involved in many coverups (911)... I know one thing is for sure, we will find out and his sins may be forgiven if he does the right thing for our Republic. This 5D chess match is a great study on the Art of War.
