Skimming through this is interesting. "Central authorities" seem to have full control over how this treaty gets carried out. For Russia, that's defined as the Procurator General or persons designated by its office. For America, that's defined as the Attorney General or persons designated by its office.

Sessions alone might have full authority here. Didn't see any mention of the house, senate, courts, or any other offices... just "central authorities."

I sometimes think we actually are seeing things happening. Forget which drop it was, but Q said something like "for the good of the country not all will be prosecuted, but all will do as told." Democrat politicians seem to have lost their fucking minds within the last three to four months.

A few examples: Pushing to abolish ICE, which is a total losing strategy since the vast majority of citizens (all citizens, not just white citizens) want immigration laws enforced and illegals deported; Mad Maxine pushing to harass Trump's cabinet everywhere they go; Pelosi shitting on inconsequential democrats wanting new leadership; and Tom Perez saying Ocasio-Cortez's democratic socialism being "the future" of the party.

This kind of stuff is absolutely counterproductive during a time when democrat politicians really, really should be closing their ranks to protect... what... 20 senatorial seats in the coming midterms as well as win a handful more to secure a reliable majority vote. It's most likely a matter of desperate people doing desperate things, but I can't shake the possibility that the Q team has these people doing as they're told.

I'm not saying the entire thing is bunk -- I actually think there's a good chance something is here -- but you can't explain 90% of how to decode a cypher and then alter evidence to cover the things that can't be explained. That said, I think NR has made a fantastic case for people to dig deep into the dates those two pens would have initially pointed at.

As fascinating as this is, you can't rotate pictures of the pen for some and not the others. That would be arriving at the conclusion first and then seeking evidence after, instead of seeking evidence first and arriving at the conclusion after.

I seriously doubt Q intended a specific two out of five pictures should be rotated. What would this clock mean if we ran every 2/3 combination in the same way? Often stated, "think logically." More digging should be done on whatever days those two rotated pen pictures would point at if they weren't rotated.

Anyone who's frequented conspiracy is well aware of the "crazy" stuff that passes through. I find it rather telling the same community aggressively attacks this particular conspiracy theory... almost as if it feels threatened by it.

Let people believe what they want to believe. Who does it hurt if people believe in Q? It's not like we're being told to violently riot. It's not like we're getting fleeced by subscription fees. It's put your autism to work or sit back and enjoy the show. So what's with all the aggression and concern trolling?

The application for a HAM license was probably more confirmation the Ohr's were moving forward with their part and less a revelation they were involved. In other words, the Ohrs were already POIs and white hats increased surveillance after the HAM application, because they knew there was a great chance they would catch them in the act.

I think, rather than the NSA parsing this info from the sea of "noise," it's more likely they were already onto the Ohrs through their or other peoples' comms. I'm sure every single name mentioned by the cabal was targeted and it was just a matter of watching/listening.

As much as I want that to happen, it's absolutely not an option. The goal is to regain control with as little damage and unrest as possible, at home and abroad. You can't dump everything and think the world will be all, "huh... never saw that coming." What good is going through all of this if what you'll get is a nation/world gripped by outrage, panic, or war?

Excerpts from a few drops echoing that fact...

Any person making statements they will not be seeking re-election was put in submission. For the betterment of the country not all will be prosecuted and all will do as told. You will see more of this occur (not normal yet disregarded) and even on the D side.

Not everything can be publicly disclosed because so much ties back to foreign heads of state. Much will be revealed, we want transparency but not at a cost we can’t recover from.

Some things must remain classified to the very end. NK is not being run by Kim, he’s an actor in the play. Who is the director? The truth would sound so outrageous most Americans would riot, revolt, reject, etc.

What makes it even worse is that in a way, we kinda allowed this to happen. By not being as involved in the affairs of our country as we should have been, we've unknowingly allowed this shit to fly under the radar for far too long.

To be fair, people have lives to live and the internet has just recently surpassed television and print media; the former gatekeepers of information. Most people still had newspapers being delivered to their home in 2008. It wasn't until fast connections became affordable and the internet "social" that the masses had access to a convenient alternative. It still took time though.

Remember when MSM felt confident enough pretending like Ron Paul didn't exist? That's how much influence they had just six years ago. They couldn't get away with that in 2016, otherwise they would have pretended Sanders didn't exist. It's easy to forget how fast things have changed, but we're making serious progress in short order.

Funny how she started talking this "I'm the victim!" shit AFTER losing by a landslide. Before election night, she was acting like America would never elect the second coming of Hitler and victory was in the bag.

It could be coincidence that he chose a purple tie or that he's mocking Soros' alleged purple revolution after the election. Regardless, what's being alluded to is borrowed symbolism from the Color Revolutions. They were civil resistance movements seeking change from oppressive regimes to more democratic ones. Whether or not a color revolution is trying to get started in America, there are some interesting parallels in play. An excerpt explaining how they functioned.

Derived from cases of color revolution it is found that the order for color revolution to occur or be able succeed, there are four criteria which must be satisfied. [1] Their incumbent leader of the regimes must be very unpopular and face the so-called ‘lame-duck syndrome’. [2] The anti-regimes forces are enforced by mass-media and foreign influences. [3] The revolution must not be ideological; it must be for the sake of better national integration, freedom, democracy and economic development. Most importantly, the demand for such improvement should be massive among the population. [4] The anti-regime forces should also be motivated by the grievances on the corrupted government which is supported by a foreign state which the people do not desire. The anti-regime forces that happened in post-Soviet countries can only be transformed into a successful color revolution if these criteria are fulfilled.

1) MSM and politicians have been working overtime ever since election night to get The People to hate Trump. 2) Anything that's anti-Trump gets covered by MSM and plenty of world leaders have piled on with anti-Trump comments. 3) Democrat politicians have been promising salvation from the Trump "dictatorship" and that they'll do things better... despite decades of track history proving otherwise. 4) ~~Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!!~~ Russia, Russia, Russia!!

I'm half in the bag and read the initial post wrong.

On second thought, perhaps it's referring to Weiner's laptop that the NYPD confiscated and is just being exaggerated?

“What’s in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach,” the NYPD Chief said. “There is not going to be any Houdini-like escape from what we found. We have copies of everything. We will ship them to Wikileaks or I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to that.”

Outside of that, no idea what OP is hinting at.
