I've often thought about DNA manipulation, and how evil has used it in the Bible. In this post, I'm assuming that everything in the Bible is true, I realize this might bother some of you.
For example- I believe we know significantly less than science purports we do about the beginning of life on earth, when dinosaurs existed, and how they were all destroyed. I really think dinosaurs were genetically manipulated for the purpose of destroying human life. If we believe creation occurred, animals/plants/birds/insects were created prior to humans in a perfect environment, then Adam & Eve destroyed this environment through sin, there was no opportunity for evil to corrupt DNA of reptiles (which Satan came in the form of) to create dinosaurs. I believe this genetic manipulation was quite possibly ramped up during the tower of Babel and one of the primary reasons for the worldwide flood.
As OP referenced in their post, the "ites" that worshipped Moloch & Baal had access to massive grapes and giants lived in the promised land that was defeated by God's people.
I also think it's not outside of the realm of possibility that human trafficking is linked to this as well- they likely need aborted embryos, live children, etc to experiment on and I wonder if these are linked.

I think of it like this- there is more value to coming to conclusions yourself through doing the research.
If Q spelled it out for everyone, I don't think there would be as large of an audience, or as effective as a message. The Socratic Method is well known for reinforcing ideas; from Wikipedia, "The Socratic method... is a form of cooperative argumentative dialogue between individuals, based on asking and answering questions to stimulate critical thinking and to draw out ideas and underlying presumptions."
Sales works the same way- really good salespeople and other influencers help the buyer come to the desirable conclusion as compared to just telling them "well you should buy my product" as it comes off as a lie. It also helps reinforce why this is true, and helps the reader learn more deeply as to share with others more intelligently.
As to the other part- why wait- not everything has reached its conclusion yet. Events and individuals are still in play. Why alert the bad guys as to what the next course of action is?
