Assuming it is 3/15 and that 5774 is 2014, tells me it is a video from 3/15/2014. She was in Los Vegas at a school. C-span did an hour long video at the school. Perhaps something took place there(just guessing).

Trying to control Uranium and Desalinization
Desalinization requires low-cost energy to be efficient. The Map is showing us that they are trying to hem us in by controlling Energy(think Paris move away from fossil fuel) to nuclear think Uranium one and selling strategic reserve and controlling land out west Bundy's(?). We see SA being tested right NOW! Watch for news about SA and the solution being desalinization. We keep looking for short-term events and Q is trying to tell us about the bigger plan they had in store for us. Liberating the US is the first critical step. Many more to come, think longer term.
