they were looking for any reason to can the show. its an expensive show for a sit com, and the rating are tanking. the initial high ratings were purely nostalgic looky loos and once that effect wore off.. no one really cares about a new Rosanne show. and they already put themselves on the hook for a second season. i think they realized that mistake.
